If extended payment terms are required, prior written approval must be obtained from Great Southern Equipment before any goods or services are supplied. All goods and services remain the property of Great Southern Equipment until full payment is received. In the event of non-payment within the agreed terms, Great Southern Equipment reserves the right to retrieve any supplied goods, with all associated retrieval costs to be borne by the customer. Interest and/or additional fees may be applied to overdue accounts in accordance with Great Southern Equipment’s credit policy.
